We have put together a set of Frequently Asked Questions which we think will be helpful to our customers. This page will continually be updated as we receive more feedback and comments.

1. Are the products on GIG-MERCH.com official band merchandise?
Yes, the products we have are fully 100% authentic and licensed. GIG-MERCH.com has relationships with every band you see listed here. Some of the items are exclusive only to GIG-MERCH.com in the Asia Pacific region. The tour merchandise are actually same items that were sold at the concerts. These are leftovers or overstocks.

2. Great! How do I start shopping?
First create an account on GIG-MERCH.com here. You will need to fill up your First Name, Last Name, your Email address and a password ready. Once you have set up your account, click on the 'Add New Address' button to fill up your details and mailing address where you want your purchases sent to. You are now ready to start shopping!

3. I'm all signed up and ready to go. How do I buy?
To find a product, use the navigation bar on top of the site by scrolling through the band/artist drop down list or you can search by 'New Merch', 'Guys', 'Girls', 'Accessories' or 'Sale'.

4. What currency do you use for your products?
All products are priced in SGD, Singapore dollars. 

5. How do I place an order?
When at a product page, select the size you require and quantity. You can adjust quantity by keying in desired number in quantity box. Click 'Add To Cart' to add an item to your Shopping Bag. If you have finished shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button which brings you to Customer Information page where you can select your correct delivery address and contact information. Next click on 'Continue' to proceed to Shipping and Billing Confirmation. Review all the information and then click 'Place My Order'.

6. Can I order items which are ‘Out of Stock’?

Sadly you can't buy products that are out of stock.

7. I have a discount code. How does this work?
Lucky you! Discount codes have to entered at checkout when you place your order. It cannot be added once the order has been placed.

8. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments through Stripe or Paypal.

9. Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Yes, we do. All credit & debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) payments will be processed through Stripe or Paypal.

10. Is it safe to shop on GIG-MERCH.com?
GIG-MERCH.com uses Shopify for it's e-commerce platform. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS compliant. For additional information on PCI Compliance, visit the PCI Compliance Guide website.

11. Which countries do you ship to?
GIG-MERCH ships anywhere and everywhere. If you have a residential or commercial address, we will ship to you. We only do not ship to PO Boxes. More information available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

12. What sizes are your shirts?

14. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed please email customer service@gig-merch.com to arrange cancellation of the order and issue a refund. You can only cancel an order prior to it being dispatched.
