Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]

We have put together a set of Frequently Asked Questions which we think will be helpful to our customers. This page will continually be updated as we receive more feedback and comments.

1. Are the products on official band merchandise?
Yes, the products we stock are 100% official and licensed. All our merchandise are printed in the UK or USA. As for tour merchandise, these are leftovers or overstocks from concert tours we have covered.

2. Great! How do I start shopping?
First create an account on here. You will need to fill up your First Name, Last Name, your Email address and a password ready. Once you have set up your account, click on the 'Add New Address' button to fill up your details and mailing address where you want your purchases sent to. You are now ready to start shopping!

3. I'm all signed up and ready to go. How do I buy?
To find a product, use the navigation bar on top of the site by scrolling through the band/artist drop down list.

4. What currency do you use for your products?
All products are priced in SGD, Singapore dollars. 

5. How do I place an order?
When at a product page, select the size you require and quantity. You can adjust quantity by keying in desired number in quantity box. Click 'Add To Cart' to add an item to your Shopping Bag. If you have finished shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button which brings you to Customer Information page where you can select your correct delivery address and contact information. Next click on 'Continue' to proceed to Shipping and Billing Confirmation. Review all the information and then click 'Place My Order'.

6. Can I order items which are ‘Sold Out’?

Sadly you can't buy products that are sold out. You can purchase once it is back in stock.

7. I have a discount code. How does this work?
Lucky you! Discount codes have to entered at checkout when you place your order. It cannot be added once the order has been placed.

8. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments through all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal, PayNow (select HitPay) and bank transfers.

9. Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Yes, we do. All credit & debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) payments will be processed through Shopify Payments or Paypal.

10. How do I place an order and pay by bank transfer?
Email us at and let us know what merch you'd like to purchase and we will create a custom order for you. Once we confirm receipt of your bank transfer, we will confirm and process your order.

11. Is it safe to shop on uses Shopify for it's e-commerce platform. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI (Payment Card Industry) DSS compliant. For additional information on PCI Compliance, visit the PCI Compliance Guide website.

12. Which countries do you ship to?
GIG-MERCH ships to most countries. If you have a residential or commercial address, we will ship to you. We only do not ship to PO Boxes. More information available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

14. When will I receive my order?

15. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
No unfortunately not. All confirmed orders are final. However, exchanges are allowed if the item you received is defective or damaged.
